1. The Service

Thriveo Health is a premium performance and longevity platform led by certified personal trainers, supported by technology for greater precision and personalization. The service includes personalized training programs, nutrition guidance, biomarker tracking, wearable device integrations, readiness assessments, progress tracking, educational content, community features, and coaching support.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Thriveo Health. By using the platform, you confirm that the information provided during registration and onboarding is accurate and complete.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account with others. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access at hello@thriveo.health.

4. Health Disclaimer

Thriveo Health provides fitness, wellness, and general nutritional guidance, not medical or dietary advice. Our programs are designed by certified personal trainers and supported by technology for greater personalization, but they are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Nutritional guidance provided through the platform is general in nature and does not constitute advice from a licensed nutritionist or dietitian.

You should consult your physician or healthcare provider before starting any exercise program, especially if you have pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, or are pregnant. You exercise at your own risk.

If you experience pain, dizziness, or any unusual symptoms during exercise, stop immediately and seek medical attention.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

Thriveo Health operates on a subscription basis. Prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods.

6. Technology and AI

Our platform uses technology, including artificial intelligence, to support your personal trainer in creating and adjusting your training programs, generating nutritional guidance, analyzing biomarker data, and providing coaching insights. Your trainer leads your program; technology provides data-driven support for greater precision.

All training programs are designed and supervised by certified trainers. Technology provides analytical support but does not replace human expertise. Training recommendations are not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always use your judgment when following any recommendation.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Thriveo Health platform, including training programs, text, designs, logos, and software, is owned by Thriveo Health or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

8. User Content

By uploading content (progress photos, food photos, blood test results, feedback, chat messages), you grant Thriveo Health a limited license to use this content solely to provide and improve the service. We will never share your content publicly without your explicit consent.

9. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Provide false information during registration or onboarding
• Share your account credentials with others
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the platform's source code
• Use automated tools to scrape or access the platform
• Use the platform in any way that could harm other users or the service

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thriveo Health shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. Any disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Luxembourg City.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
